My dog had an accident on my 8x10 long fiber rug. I had attempted to use Nature's Miracle enzyme cleaner and a handful of other things in attempt to get it out, to no avail. I made the appointment and they were able to pick the rug up the same day. About a week later, they delivered it right back to my front door with absolutely NO smell, no stains, and no indication that my dog had an accident on it whatsoever, and it was so clean! Ive used them twice now and have nothing but great things to say about their service. ~ Reem B
We've been potty training a new dog, and all the usual methods of getting pee smell out of my wool area rug just didn't cut it. These folks were not only able to get the smell out, they neutralized it (i.e., didn't replace it with another smell), and they did it quickly, at a reasonable cost, and with efficient pick up and delivery. Also repaired some unraveling on a Navajo rug as well, again in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Very happy with their service! ~ Rena D
